The company's network continues to grow and is presently infiltrating nine emerging markets that present the highest level of value and return for B.I.G and its affiliates. B.I.G uses a variety of strategies for sourcing value-added assets, often finding properties before they have a chance to be listed on the market. In a competitive real estate environment, B.I.G stands its ground for acquiring solid assets. Its current purchases have exceeded national averages in terms of value-added potential, initial returns, and cash flow. B.I.G competes head-to-head in these new growth markets, continually fighting for quality product and upholding philosophy that there is no substitute for patience and persistence in this industry.
